Ashik Mahmud Munna, Founder of Shohoz Construction & Solution Consultancy Ltd. (SCSCL Global), is a passionate civil engineering professional and social entrepreneur. With a strong background in research, project management, and manpower solutions, he has dedicated his career to creating innovative approaches in construction and development.
He is currently pursuing academic and professional research at the University of Derby, UK, focusing on concrete innovation, sustainable construction practices, and workforce development. His leadership is driven by the belief that infrastructure development should not only serve economic growth but also create long-term social impact.
Through his ventures—including SCSCL Global and the upcoming WoPower Social Development Foundation (WSDF)—Ashik Mahmud Munna aims to connect Bangladesh with the global construction market, provide employment opportunities, and introduce modern engineering practices in both local and international projects.
